The package includes power supply, HDMI cable, network cable, and wired mouse. Please ensure the power supply of the NVR is 12V2A or 12V3A output. No HDD is included, so if you need to save recordings, please insert a 2.5'' or 3.5'' internal hard drive with a capacity of up to 6TB.

To connect a new camera to the NVR, follow these steps: The new camera is not paired with your NVR, so please right-click your NVR mouse, choose camera, press the camera reset button for about 10 seconds, click Continue, wait for a new IP address to show up, then click Continue. If no IP address appears, click Search again.

Note: The NVR is only compatible with Hiseeu wireless cameras, such as B07JQZQRVG, B07FVSK6BY, B07K1CZN1L, B07SVY794V, B081PRVDJ3, B08JYMYPCM, etc.

The NVR comes with a built-in Wi-Fi router, making it a recorder with a built-in router. It receives and records all cameras using its own bandwidth, consuming no bits from your home router. Internet connection is only needed when you want to view the cameras from elsewhere.

The NVR does not have audio output, so you'll need to use an HDMI cable to connect it to an HD TV to hear the sound. Make sure the camera supports the audio function. For two-way audio, you'll need to use a cellphone app, which means the system needs to be connected to a network. When connecting to a network, the NVR can only support 2.4G WiFi, not 5G WiFi.
